Every element has been thoughtfully designed to achieve the best possible layout in terms of functionality and harmonious design.


In this first option, the ground floor remains in its current state. A staircase
is added in the service corridor to provide access to an independent
apartment located on the third floor.

On the second level, we open a doorway from the existing stairs leading
into a spacious bedroom with a terrace overlooking the pool. Toward the
back, there is a door that connects to a full bathroom, and continuing
through the layout, we find a multipurpose area intended to be used as a
storage or utility room.

For the independent apartment on the third level, access is provided
through the side corridor. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a compact
yet comfortable and cozy day area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a
breakfast bar and a sofa. Then, we have the bedroom and a large bathroom
that includes a jacuzzi and enjoys special views thanks to the proposed fixed
windows.
